Vince is the founder/owner of Manatech and is the Principal Consultant for the consultancy and project management business. Originally from a Trade background, Vince attained his MBA in 2001 and subsequently operated several businesses in the Technical, Insurance and Construction sectors. More recently he has specialised in the assessment of buildings impacted by water and fire damage, mould and Methamphetamine testing and remediation.

In the course of his career, Vince has managed restoration and reconstruction projects, ranging from large Commercial and Industrial complexes, to multiple property claims after catastrophes such as cyclones, hail storms and fires. A unique aspect to this has been Vince’s consultancy and project management experience on all sides of insurance claims, having worked for an international Loss Adjusting business, as a repair contractor and as a Consultant.

Vince is a Licensed Builder and is certified in mould remediation, Methamphetamine assessment and remediation and asbestos removal. He is a member of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), the Indoor Air Quality Association Australia (IAQAA) and is certified by the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
