Many Property Damage or Condition reports focus too heavily on the “What is there”, rather than “What is needed to fix this”.

INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS
Processing Plant and Vehicle Service Centre
Following the Brisbane hailstorm of November 2014, Vince project managed several Major and Complex Loss claims involving storm damage to industrial buildings and their contents. Most projects ran for many months, with complex technical, operational, client management and commercial requirements.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Inner-city Heritage Building
The upper levels of this inner-city building were heavily contaminated with asbestos debris from previous renovations. They had to be remediated to facilitate the installation of new guttering and drainage channels for adjacent properties. Vince ran the project which entailed both friable and non-friable works, undertaken while the ground level was still in use.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Residential Property
The 2008 Gap Storm caused extensive damage in the north-western suburbs of Brisbane, with cyclonic winds ripping off roofs and destroying many homes in the largely residential area. One of those most severely affected was a large mansion atop an exposed hilltop. The storm tore off a significant section of the roof and some external walls, exposing the high-value contents (including chandeliers and artwork) to water damage.
CATASTROPHE MANAGEMENT
Large Scale Restoration and Remediation
In January 2011, many parts of South East Queensland were devasted by floods. In the greater Brisbane metro area, more than 20,000 houses were directly impacted by the rising waters. A number of these buildings were in some of the older suburbs of the city and contained asbestos and other hazardous materials. At the time Vince headed up the Restoration division of an international Loss Adjusting organisation.

Our site inspections and surveys combine our knowledge of building fabrics, microbial ecology, damage mitigation and remediation/repair into a report that is scientifically robust, yet easier to read.
